Gary McCoy, MBA, CPC, QPA, QKA
Gary is a Principal of the firm and received his MBA in finance from the University of Washington and was designated a Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Administrator by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. He has been involved in pension administration since 1977. He has been involved in all facets of pension consulting including plan design issues and employee communication programs, particularly for 401(k) salary deferral programs. He is an active member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
Diane Glinn
Diane is also a Principal and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington University. She has also obtained a degree in data processing and is extremely proficient in the complexity of pension legislation and related regulations. She previously worked at a major actuarial firm and has been involved in direct pension administration for more than two decades. She too is a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
Kathy Stewart
Kathy Stewart, also a Principal, joined Davis Moore & Associates, Inc. in December 1997. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and worked several years in the stock brokerage industry before entering the field of pension administration in 1981. She is also a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and her extensive background adds significant knowledge and experience to our staff.
Rochelle Angel, QPA, QKA
Rochelle Angel, Senior Consultant, has worked in the pension administration industry for over 9 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and was a Series 7 Registered Representative in the stock brokerage industry prior to becoming a pension consultant. She has received the designations of Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries and is working towards her Certified Pension Consultant designation. She is also a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
Keri D. Mullan
Keri Mullan, Senior Consultant, has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Washington and has been involved in pension administration since 1986. Before joining Davis Moore & Associates, Inc. in 2001 she provided in-house retirement consulting and administration for a large publicly traded northwest employer. Prior to that she worked at a pension consulting company providing a full array of administrative functions to plan sponsors. At Davis Moore & Associates, Inc. she is actively involved in the more complex allocation methodologies utilizing her mathematics background. She too is an active member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
