PLAN DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

  - We can work with you to design a wide variety of retirement and benefit programs
     to suit your company's changing needs.
 
  - Provide analysis of various plan costs and benefits in determining which plans
    best meet your goals. 
 
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

 

  - Determine deductible plan contributions for defined contribution plans.

 

  - Allocate contributions, forfeitures and earnings to participant accounts.

 

  - Determine minimum allocation amounts under Top Heavy rules if necessary.

 

  - Calculate required minimum distributions for participants age 70 1/2 or older.

 

  - Review ERISA fiduciary bonding requirements.

 

  - Test plan coverage under Code Section 410(b).

 

  - Test plan for nondiscrimination under Code Section 401(a)(4).

 

  - Calculate ADP/ACP tests annually to ensure that all participants equitably benefit

     in the Plan.

 

  - Trust reconciliation of all investment accounts.

 

  - Calculate benefits for participants who leave the company.

 

  - Assist with plan amendments if desired.

 

  - Assist with keeping your plan in compliance with changig pension laws.

  - Prepare all annual and other period filings required to keep your plan in

     compliance with government regulations, such as 5500 series reports.
